Sweet Home Alabama...
Born in Birmingham, Reagan is the oldest of three children (Madison and Trey are her younger siblings) and attended Hoover City Schools, graduating with honors from Hoover High School in 2007. While in high school, Reagan was an active member of Hoover High Schools Thespian Society, Captain of the Varsity Dance Team (Buccanettes), as well as a member of several honor societies. Reagan graduated Cum Laude from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's in Theatre and Psychology in May 2011. While at Alabama she was a member of several honor societies, clubs and organizations, while an active member of the Theatre and Dance Department both on and off stage. She was the 2010-2011 President of Alpha Psi Omega: Gamma Gamma Cast National Theatre Honor Society at UA. As President she was the Co-Host of Guerrilla Theatre, a monthly 10-act cabaret of student showcase and talent. Reagan also served at the 2008-2009 Historian of the Gamma Gamma Cast and was also Pledge of the Year during her 2007-2008 pledgeship. Reagan relocated to the Seattle area from "Sweet Home Alabama" in December 2011 and has enjoyed getting to know the theatre and film scene in the greater Puget Sound. While still performing as often as her adult life will allow, Reagan is thankful every day for everyone in her life that supports her and her passions. |
Hold Me Closer Tiny Dancer...
Reagan received much of her dance training (15 years) from the nationally known studio, Birmingham Dance Theatre. There she was company member and competed locally and nationally for 10 years with BDT. Reagan has also performed in many full-length dance dramatizations of classic Disney stories such as Alice in Wonderland (Baby Cheshire Cat), Peter Pan (Lost Boy), Beauty and the Beast (Villager) and Annie (Rooster), through Birmingham Dance Theatre. Reagan has over 20 years of dance training. She has studied in New York at Broadway Dance Center and countless dance competition/conventions all over the country. She has participated and performed in several Disney Parades in Magic Kingdom and is a National Championship dance company member with Birmingham Dance Theatre.. Summer 2010, Reagan taught an award winning dance team at Timber Lake, choreographed Timber Lake Playhouse's production of Aladdin, while also teaching a variety of dance, aerobics, and fitness classes. Summer 2011, Reagan choreographed and directed Timber Lake Playhouse's production of Annie, and choreographed their production of The Wiz. Summer 2013, Reagan was the Artistic Designer and Director of Into The Woods and High School Musical at Timber Lake Playhouse. |
