Which one is not like the other? That may look like an easy choice, but to me they all seemed to fall into one this past week. Of course it was Thanksgiving and what do you eat on Thanksgiving? TURKEY and lots of it! It was a great holiday, albeit there was a lot of cleaning beforehand in order to host my entire family at my parents home. And this may have very well been one of my last Thanksgivings in Alabama for a while, but who knows.
As for time travel and how that fits in, I was just pondering the idea and the ideal circumstance of getting myself from Alabama to Seattle via time travel. I mean, it would be the Muggle equivalent to Apparating right? Where is JK Rowling when you need her? Anywhoo...
I have found and I am applying to my apartment in Seattle and will hopefully be approved once all the paperwork is sent in. I have made a deposit to hold the apartment and would love some crossed fingers, thoughts, and prayers that this will work out as hoped and planned.
As Christmas draws nearer, so does my move date and a bunch of change. But I think I am ready, I can't believe it is finally upon me to pack up all my stuff and drive cross country, but I am ready to start this new chapter.
There really is so much to be thankful for. Just look around and you can find at least one thing in your immediate surroundings that you can say "Thank you" for.
Live and love.
